Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli

Ingredients

serves 4

pasta dough

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • pinch of salt

filling

  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 6 oz fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup Parmigiano cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

sauce

  • 1 stick butter
  • two cloves garlic
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
